To All HWP Residents -
The HOPEWELL POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
(formerly referred to as the HOA)
will hold its ANNUAL MEETING on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8th at 7pm. via Zoom.
WE NEED CANDIDATES!!
This important meeting will also be the place where our Board of Directors elections will take place.
Single Family Homeowners (SFH) will have three (3) members on the five (5) member Board as per our by-laws.
This year we will elect one (1) new member to the rotating position on the Board and also elect one (1) one new
member for the two (2) year rotating position.
One of the current SFH board members will serve their last year.
Also, the Condo Association will appoint their 2 (two) members to the Board to fulfill the 5 (five) member
board requirement.

Community Association 2025 Meeting Dates
The CA monthly meeting dates have been changed to the SECOND WEDNESDAY of each month
(excluding July and December) effective SEPTEMBER 2025.
The meeting scheduled for AUGUST 27th, 2025 has been cancelled.
Our next meeting will be on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 at 7pm. via ZOOM.
Our new Tidewater Property Manager will be in attendance.
